Today, I have done nothing from yesterday's list. Neither cried nor puked nor meditated nor yelled. Strange though-- I still can't decide whether or not I feel better.

Take a walk outside. Find a nice tree to sit against. Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Take another, then another. Relax. You're in the prime of your life and may be getting ready for a great experience.
